Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain multi-horizon technology foresight frameworks spanning 5-20 year timelines
- Produce strategic innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients in AI, quantum, and biotech sectors
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with executive teams to navigate disruptive futures
- Identify and assess emerging technologies with exponential transformation potential
- Design and manage venture incubation programs for radical innovation initiatives
- Present future insights to global audiences at industry summits and board meetings
- Build and lead a cross-functional team of futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record developing enterprise-level innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional scenario-planning and strategic foresight methodologies certification (e.g., CFIF)
