- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate emerging technologies
- Present strategic foresight insights to executive leadership and boards
- Drive adoption of innovation methodologies across organization
- Build and maintain external ecosystem of futurists and thought leaders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight or innovation strategy
- Proven track record of translating trends into business impact
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis
- Strong data storytelling and visualization capabilities
- Experience with emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
