Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future trends into actionable business strategies
- Author thought leadership publications and present at global innovation summits
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory changes impacting technological adoption
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic planning or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for executive audiences
- Published author in futurism or technology innovation (peer-reviewed journals or major publications)
