Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain multi-year strategic frameworks for 2026-2030 technology horizons
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for disruptive innovations (quantum, AGI, bioengineering)
- Produce forward-looking market analysis reports with 95% accuracy benchmarks
- Advise C-suite on emerging tech investments and M&A opportunities
- Represent company at Davos, CES, and global tech policy summits
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning methodologies
- Partner with R&D to translate future concepts into viable product roadmaps
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Published peer-reviewed research in futures studies or tech forecasting
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, AGI, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of influencing multi-billion dollar tech investments
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Certification in Horizon Scanning or Strategic Foresight methodologies
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- Portfolio of 2020-2025 predictions with documented impact
