Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 trend forecasts across AI, biotech, climate tech, and digital transformation sectors
- Create strategic roadmaps for enterprise adaptation to 2030+ megatrends
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with executive stakeholders and industry partners
- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces for global policy forums
- Design and implement early-warning systems for disruptive technological shifts
- Mentor cross-functional teams in futures thinking methodologies
- Represent the organization at Davos, TED, and other high-impact forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 7 years in strategic planning, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of successful trend forecasting and implementation
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario modeling, and horizon scanning
- Published author in futurism or technology forecasting (peer-reviewed journals preferred)
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, Delphi method)
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive and public audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major strategic transformations
