Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions and innovation priorities
- Produce high-impact strategic reports and visualizations for C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) with 2026 commercialization potential
- Establish KPIs to track progress toward 2026 milestones and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry thought leaders
- Present future scenarios to investors and partners to secure resources for long-term initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-level strategy roles
- Proven track record of developing and executing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience leading global teams in cross-cultural environments
