Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 innovation roadmaps across AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology domains
- Lead cross-functional teams in translating emerging research into scalable commercial solutions
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons, incubation programs, and R&D initiatives
- Present strategic vision to C-suite executives and board members
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic pivots
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology innovation or strategic planning with 5+ in leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching transformative products or services
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, or similar)
- Executive presence with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, PhD, or equivalent experience)
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or strategy
