Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic Innovation: Define and execute the technical roadmap for 2026, identifying disruptive technologies that will give us a competitive edge.

Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering or technical leadership, with a focus on AI, ML, or Cloud Computing.
- Vision: Proven track record of anticipating industry trends and leading teams through digital transformation.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, or similar frameworks; experience with quantum computing paradigms is a plus.
