Responsibilities

- Develop strategic roadmaps for sustainable innovation in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Author high-impact whitepapers and thought leadership on future-proof organizational models
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate long-term foresight into corporate planning cycles
- Identify and mitigate systemic risks through scenario modeling and horizon scanning
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Expertise in emerging tech domains (AI, Web3, climate tech)
- Proven ability to translate complex data into compelling narratives
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., CFS) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic frameworks
- Experience with scenario planning and systems modeling tools
