- Partner with product teams to translate future-vision into development sprints
- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and predictive analytics
- Present future-tech insights to C-suite and industry stakeholders
- Manage innovation labs testing next-gen human-machine collaboration models
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership with future-focused portfolio
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, etc.)
- Proven track record of shipping scalable systems with 10M+ user impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- Published thought leadership on tech evolution (IEEE, ACM, or equivalent)
- Experience with ethical AI governance frameworks (IEEE 7000, EU AI Act)
- Proficiency in future-mapping tools (Delphi, horizon scanning methodologies)
