Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with proven 2026+ strategic planning experience
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Published thought leadership in future-tech publications (e.g., MIT Tech Review)
- Experience scaling tech teams from 10 to 100+ members
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science/Engineering with thesis in future tech
- Certification in Agile Futures Methodology (AFM) preferred
- Portfolio of deployed 2026-vision projects
