Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives for 2026-era technologies
- Develop strategic roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and neurotech integration
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on emerging tech prototyping
- Present future-vision frameworks to C-suite executives and investors
- Mentor junior futurists in foresight methodologies
- Secure $2M+ annual innovation budget
- Publish white papers on tech ethics and societal impact
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or related field
- 8+ years in tech R&D with 3+ in strategic foresight
- Published research in IEEE or Nature on future tech
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, neural interfaces, decentralized AI
- Proven track record of launching $5M+ innovation projects
- TEDx speaker or equivalent public tech thought leadership
- Proficiency in future-casting tools (scenario planning, Delphi method)
