Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen tech applications
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, neurotech, Web3) for competitive advantage
- Design ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems and AI deployment
- Produce strategic whitepapers and thought leadership for industry conferences
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify breakthrough startups
- Build internal capability roadmaps for quantum computing adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven expertise in forecasting tech adoption curves (Gartner, Forrester)
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or decentralized systems
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight preferred
- Published research in IEEE or MIT Technology Review
- Experience building tech ethics frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Mastery of scenario planning tools (STEEP analysis, Delphi method)
