Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, neural interfaces) and develop strategic implementation roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for enterprise clients
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 2026 market potential
- Develop patentable innovations in human-machine interaction and decentralized systems
- Present strategic vision to C-suite executives and investor stakeholders
- Partner with academic institutions to shape future technology curricula
- Drive thought leadership through whitepapers and industry conference keynotes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with demonstrated impact on future-tech initiatives
- Expertise in at least three emerging fields: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or spatial computing
- Proven track record of launching products that achieved $50M+ ARR
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology preferred
- Deep understanding of ethical frameworks for advanced AI and autonomous systems
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published author in peer-reviewed journals or industry thought leadership platforms
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python, Rust, or Go)
