- Manage $15M+ R&D budget for experimental technology incubation
- Author annual 'State of 2026 Technology' report for industry stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or Cognitive Science with 8+ years experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI ethics or quantum applications
- Proven track record of scaling technology startups to unicorn status
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems and AI governance
- Deep understanding of neurotech and brain-computer interfaces
