Responsibilities
- Architect comprehensive technology roadmaps targeting 2026 market readiness
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum computing and AI integration strategies
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish innovation partnerships with leading research institutions

Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in futurist or innovation roles
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record in developing 5-10 year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI/ML, and emerging tech ecosystems
- Exceptional strategic thinking and executive communication skills
- Experience with venture capital or corporate innovation labs
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism
