Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends and their societal/business implications for 2026-2030
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligning with long-term corporate vision
- Lead innovation sprints exploring next-gen computing paradigms and human-machine interfaces
- Partner with product teams to integrate futuristic technologies into commercial offerings
- Present future-tech insights to investors, board members, and industry forums
- Build and lead a specialized future-tech research division
- Drive patent development in emerging fields like quantum AI and neuro-digital interfaces
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurism consulting
- Proven track record developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, etc.)
- Executive-level communication skills with ability to articulate complex future concepts
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism or peer-reviewed research
- Experience managing cross-functional innovation teams of 15+ members
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
