Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, future-proof technology solutions tailored for the 2026 era, including quantum-ready and AI-enhanced systems.
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching and implementing cutting-edge technologies such as advanced neural networks and distributed ledgers.
- Define long-term technical roadmaps and ensure architectural alignment with Horizon Dynamics' strategic vision.
- Optimize system performance and security protocols to withstand the complexities of next-gen digital threats.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate abstract futuristic concepts into actionable, high-quality technical requirements.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior engineers on best practices for emerging and futuristic tech stacks.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and user experience.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or a related technical field.
- Deep expertise in at least two of the following: Cloud Computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), Artificial Intelligence, or Distributed Systems.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact projects from conception through to successful deployment.
- Familiarity with futuristic tech stacks, including Web3, Edge Computing, or Neuromorphic Engineering concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and solve complex technical challenges.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
