Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with 5+ in emerging technologies
- Expertise in quantum computing frameworks and AI ethics
- Proven track record scaling systems to 100M+ users
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Quantum Physics
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals
- Experience with neuromorphic hardware (Intel Loihi, IBM TrueNorth)
- Certified in AWS/Azure quantum services
