- Mentor a global team of PhD researchers and MIT-affiliated innovators
- Secure $10M+ annual R&D funding through strategic stakeholder engagement
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or equivalent field from Tier 1 institution
- 8+ years in AI/ML with 3+ publications in Nature or Science journals
- Proven track record of commercializing breakthrough tech (min. 2 exits >$50M)
- Expertise in federated learning, generative adversarial networks, and edge computing
- Deep familiarity with ISO 26000 and UN SDG frameworks for ethical innovation
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Q#)
- Validated experience securing DARPA or EU Horizon grants
