Responsibilities
- Analyze complex administrative processes to recommend operational improvements
- Develop data-driven reports and presentations for County leadership
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects ensuring compliance with regulations
- Manage budget allocations and fiscal tracking for assigned programs
- Research and evaluate emerging public sector best practices
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and public engagement sessions
- Support grant writing and funding initiatives for community programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of government or public sector experience
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau)
- Strong project management certification (PMP or equivalent)
- Demonstrated policy research and report writing expertise
- Experience with California public sector budgeting processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Valid California driver's license
