Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to department staff including document preparation and filing
- Manage office communications via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, and calendar management
- Maintain accurate records and databases using state systems
- Process incoming requests and route inquiries to appropriate personnel
- Support basic data entry and report generation tasks
- Assist with office inventory management and supply ordering
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- No prior experience required - comprehensive training provided
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
