Responsibilities
- Manage departmental correspondence, records, and filing systems with strict confidentiality protocols
- Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange logistics for internal/external stakeholders
- Process financial transactions, purchase orders, and expense reports using state accounting systems
- Assist in drafting official communications, reports, and procedural documentation
- Provide frontline customer service to citizens via phone, email, and in-person inquiries

Qualifications
