Responsibilities
- Manage department calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
- Prepare official correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Process administrative documents including permits, licenses, and public records requests
- Maintain accurate filing systems and electronic databases for departmental records
- Provide frontline customer service via phone, email, and in-person inquiries
- Assist with budget tracking, expense reports, and procurement processes

Qualifications
