- Manage grant allocations for veteran service organizations

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
- 3+ years federal program management experience
- Expertise in VA healthcare systems and federal regulations (38 CFR)
- Advanced data analysis skills with Excel and federal reporting tools
- Active Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Experience with veteran advocacy organizations preferred
- Strong written/verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement
- Knowledge of GSA acquisition procedures
