Responsibilities
- Manage departmental correspondence, scheduling, and record-keeping systems
- Process permits, applications, and citizen inquiries with precision
- Support public meetings by preparing agendas and documentation
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with strict confidentiality
- Coordinate cross-departmental communications and document routing
- Assist in data entry and report generation for city initiatives

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate's degree preferred)
- 1+ years administrative or customer service experience
