- Maintain accurate digital and physical records in compliance with federal regulations
- Respond to veteran inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Assist with data entry and report generation for performance metrics
- Support cross-functional teams with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required (federal position requirement)
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in administrative or customer service roles
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and federal record-keeping systems
- Ability to pass federal background investigation and security clearance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
