Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to department staff including scheduling, correspondence, and record management
- Assist constituents with inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Maintain accurate databases and filing systems in compliance with state regulations
- Coordinate meetings and prepare materials for public hearings and community events
- Process forms, permits, and applications following established protocols

Qualifications
