Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to department heads and staff
- Manage office communications including phone, email, and correspondence
- Assist with record-keeping and document filing systems
- Support public inquiries with professionalism and cultural sensitivity
- Coordinate departmental meetings and events
- Process forms and applications according to city protocols
- Learn and implement city software systems and procedures
- Assist with special projects as assigned by supervisors
Qualifications
