Responsibilities
- Process driver's license renewals, vehicle registrations, and title transactions
- Provide accurate information on DMV policies, procedures, and documentation requirements
- Assist customers with online services and self-service kiosks
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain secure and accurate transaction records
