Responsibilities
- Process and maintain confidential veteran records using VA systems
- Provide courteous customer service to veterans and families via phone/in-person
- Support office operations including scheduling, filing, and document management
- Assist with data entry and basic report generation
- Coordinate mail distribution and office supply inventory
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure smooth workflows
Qualifications
