Responsibilities
- Manage veteran benefit documentation and case files with 100% accuracy
- Coordinate interdepartmental communications and scheduling
- Process federal payroll and reimbursements weekly
- Maintain compliance with VA regulations and FERPA standards
- Support veterans through in-person and digital service channels
- Analyze operational data for process improvement initiatives
- Train staff on federal compliance protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years federal or administrative experience required
- Proficient in VA systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field
- Knowledge of 38 CFR and veteran benefit programs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- U.S. citizenship and Oklahoma residency required
