Responsibilities
- Process and manage veteran benefit applications with precision and confidentiality
- Coordinate scheduling and correspondence for veteran services
- Maintain accurate electronic and physical records in compliance with federal regulations
- Assist with data entry and report generation using VA-specific systems
- Provide courteous support to veterans and their families via phone and in-person
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- Minimum 1 year administrative/clerical experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry systems
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government background clearance
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
