Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate administrative functions including scheduling, correspondence, and records management
- Process personnel actions, travel authorizations, and procurement requests using federal systems
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders and external partners
- Prepare reports, briefings, and official documentation in compliance with federal regulations
- Support budget tracking, expense reporting, and financial reconciliation processes
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and special events
- Maintain accurate databases and ensure compliance with record retention policies
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in a professional setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of federal procurement, travel, and personnel regulations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance
- Experience with federal systems (e.g., VA, GSA) preferred
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
