Responsibilities
- Process and maintain official departmental records and documentation
- Assist with data entry, filing, and document management systems
- Support public inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Coordinate office supplies and equipment inventory
- Prepare routine correspondence and reports under supervision
- Assist with scheduling and meeting logistics
- Perform basic clerical duties including photocopying and scanning
- Adhere to all city policies and confidentiality protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- No prior experience necessary – training provided
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- U.S. citizenship and ability to pass background check
- Valid Georgia driver's license preferred
