Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to department directors and staff
- Manage departmental records, files, and documentation
- Assist in coordinating public meetings and events
- Process permits, licenses, and citizen requests
- Utilize city software systems for data entry and reporting
- Respond to public inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Prepare routine correspondence and reports
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate's degree preferred in public administration or related field
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Customer service experience preferred
