- Process unemployment claims and verify applicant eligibility with precision
- Provide exceptional customer service to job seekers and employers via phone, email, and in-person
- Maintain accurate databases and generate weekly performance reports
- Coordinate community outreach events and workshops
- Assist with onboarding new team members and training materials
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred
- 2+ years administrative support or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and data entry skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) certification required
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
