Responsibilities
- Develop evidence-based policy recommendations for Miami's urban development initiatives
- Analyze legislative impacts and regulatory compliance for state-mandated programs
- Coordinate cross-agency task forces on climate resilience and infrastructure modernization
- Lead community outreach initiatives across Miami-Dade County
- Prepare executive briefings for state leadership on policy implementation progress
- Manage grant compliance reporting for federal/state funding programs
- Conduct quantitative/qualitative research using advanced analytics tools
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Urban Planning, or related field
- 5+ years of government policy analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in SPSS, R, or policy modeling software
- Proven track record of leading complex stakeholder engagement
- Knowledge of Florida Statutes Chapter 163 (Community Planning)
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean record
- Experience with FEMA grant administration preferred
- Ability to obtain security clearance within 30 days
