Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain confidential veteran records and documentation systems
- Coordinate scheduling, meetings, and correspondence for department leadership
- Process administrative paperwork including travel vouchers, timecards, and procurement requests
- Serve as primary liaison between veterans, staff, and external agencies
- Implement and monitor compliance with federal regulations and VA policies
- Prepare reports, presentations, and statistical data for leadership review
- Oversee office supply inventory and facility maintenance coordination
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of federal administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and federal databases (e.g., VISTA, EHR)
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain one
