Responsibilities
- Manage electronic and physical document systems with meticulous attention to detail
- Coordinate complex scheduling for multi-departmental meetings and events
- Process personnel actions and maintain confidential HR records
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholder communications
- Assist with budget tracking and procurement documentation
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations and agency policies
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or 2 years of specialized administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with federal records management systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
- Knowledge of federal procurement procedures
