Responsibilities
- Coordinate office operations including scheduling, correspondence, and records management
- Manage administrative workflows using federal compliance protocols
- Support budget preparation and financial tracking for departmental programs
- Serve as primary liaison for inter-agency communications and documentation
- Prepare complex reports and briefings for senior leadership review
- Implement records retention policies per federal guidelines (NARA standards)
- Oversee procurement processes and vendor contract administration
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years federal administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and G Suite applications
- Knowledge of federal procurement regulations (FAR) and records management
- Exceptional written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance
- Experience with federal travel and expense reporting systems
