Responsibilities
- Manage departmental records, databases, and document control systems
- Coordinate executive calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Prepare official reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Process financial transactions and procurement requests
- Serve as primary liaison between departments and citizens
- Implement and improve administrative workflows
- Ensure compliance with government regulations and policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- 3+ years administrative experience in public sector preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data management tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Experience with government procurement processes
- Valid Kentucky driver's license
