Responsibilities
- Manage veteran case files and maintain accurate digital records
- Coordinate administrative workflows across department teams
- Process benefits applications with precision and confidentiality
- Communicate with stakeholders via phone, email, and in-person
- Support compliance with federal regulations and VA policies
- Assist in onboarding new staff members
- Generate reports using MS Office Suite
- Organize and maintain physical/digital documentation systems
Qualifications
