Responsibilities
- Process and manage veteran benefit applications using federal systems
- Coordinate correspondence and documentation with veterans and stakeholders
- Support data entry, record management, and quality assurance processes
- Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, and office operations
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person channels
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Basic knowledge of federal regulations (VA training provided)
- Pass background investigation and drug screening
