Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to department staff including scheduling, correspondence, and records management
- Assist in preparing official documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Manage office supply inventory and equipment maintenance
- Handle incoming communications, including phone calls and emails, with professionalism
- Support data entry and record maintenance in federal systems

Qualifications
