Responsibilities
- Process veteran benefit applications using federal databases (e.g., VA Benefits Delivery)
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with 38 CFR
- Coordinate scheduling for veteran appointments and community outreach events
- Assist with budget tracking and procurement processes under federal guidelines
- Respond to veteran inquiries via phone, email, and in-person channels
- Support quality assurance initiatives for service delivery metrics
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on process improvement projects
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education/experience
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Knowledge of federal recordkeeping standards (FISMA)
