Responsibilities
- Process and maintain confidential veteran records using federal databases
- Coordinate scheduling and correspondence for veteran care programs
- Assist with budget tracking and procurement documentation
- Respond to inquiries from veterans, families, and stakeholders
- Prepare reports and presentations for leadership review
- Support compliance with federal regulations and VA policies
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred)
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to obtain and maintain federal background clearance
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with federal recordkeeping systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
