Responsibilities
- Manage office operations including scheduling, correspondence, and record maintenance
- Process travel authorizations and expense reports using federal systems
- Provide administrative support to department leadership and staff
- Coordinate meetings and prepare official documentation
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for data management and reporting
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations and agency policies
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- GS-5 level experience or equivalent (1+ years administrative work)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to obtain and maintain government security clearance
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with federal procurement processes preferred
