Responsibilities
- Monitor and enforce federal regulatory compliance across departmental operations
- Conduct internal audits and prepare detailed compliance reports for leadership review
- Develop and implement standardized compliance procedures and training programs
- Collaborate with legal counsel to resolve regulatory discrepancies
- Maintain accurate documentation of compliance activities and audit findings
- Stay current with evolving federal regulations through continuous professional development
- Coordinate with external agencies during compliance inspections and reviews
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required (mandatory for federal positions)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of compliance/regulatory experience in government or regulated industry
- Proficiency in federal acquisition regulations (FAR) and agency-specific guidelines
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and compliance management software
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
