- Process administrative paperwork including permits, licenses, and departmental forms
- Support budget tracking and procurement documentation
- Maintain confidential records with adherence to HIPAA and municipal regulations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years administrative support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to obtain Baltimore City security clearance within 30 days
- Knowledge of Maryland public sector regulations preferred
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Valid Maryland driver's license required
